A Word for the Day...

Recently I listened to teenagers telling me of their dreams for the world. It reminded me of something that my friend and colleague, Brian McLaren, once said:

"We often forget that Jesus was 30 years old when he launched his movement - a movement that if it were happening today might be called a youth movement."

We are all in this together, with our own gifts of leadership to contribute. That said, I am looking for the young people of color to lead us. I trust that where they will take us has more possibility than where we are today.
